Catholic Social Teaching and Economic Life

an Education for Solidarity Seminar

A diocesan-based seminar…
…That integrates Catholic social teaching, economic life, and current economic forces at work in society. It seeks to demystify the economy and its impact on society.

with these goals…
…To help Catholics understand the connection between their faith life and economic life in the US.
…To increase solidarity between Catholic parishioners and CCHD funded groups, or other community-controlled, self-help organizations, that are working to build up their communities and improve the lives of their members.

A partnership between national and diocesan offices

The national CCHD office provides… The diocesan CCHD office provides…
